One-on-One Advocacy Administrative Contract

Service Package:
This yearly contract includes:

• 2 in-person 60-minute consults

• 3 phone consults (30 minutes each)

• 5 hours of administrative services

• One-time fee: [$249.99]. Additional advocacy hours are $25.00 each.

Resource communication templates for non-verbal clients are included, along with administrative help for forms and paperwork.

Assistance Scope of Services:
Services comprise personalized advocacy consults, resource coordination, and tailored administrative support for the Neurodivergent community. The annual fee covers up to 10 hours of cumulative assistance, usable throughout the year as needed.

Payment Terms:
The one-time fee is due at contract start. Additional hours must be paid upon request once the initial 10 hours are used.

Contract Duration:
Effective for one year from signing, renewable annually. Entering this agreement signifies acceptance of the terms and our commitment to making a difference for those we serve.
