Our Platinum Pass is a truly beautiful and thoughtfully designed combination of our existing Silver and Gold Passes, enhanced with a selection of a few additional premium services that are seamlessly integrated into the Advocacy Administrative Contract. After an Initial 90-Minute Service Assessment, our Customized Administrative Plan (C.A.P) is thoughtfully provided in a professionally branded binder that effectively showcases our company’s identity while being personalized with the client’s name for a distinctive touch. Inside this meticulously crafted binder, you will find neatly organized sectioned dividers that correspond to various referral specialties, as well as transitional services that are carefully aligned according to each client’s specific age and developmental stage, promoting clarity and ease of use. Each C.A.P is crafted based on the client’s primary disability, encompassing a curated selection of recommended referral resources that are tailored specifically to meet their unique needs, ensuring that all facets of support are covered. Additionally, three thoughtfully scheduled follow-up consultations within the year are included to ensure continuous support, guidance, and measurable progress over time, fostering a comprehensive approach to personal development and overall well-being that adapts as the client evolves.
One-on-One Advocacy Administrative Contract
Service Package:
This yearly contract includes:
3 in-person 60-minute consults
3 phone consults (45 minutes each)
6 hours of administrative services
One-time fee $699.99 Additional advocacy hours are $25.00 per hr.
Resource communication templates for non-verbal clients are included, along with administrative assistance for forms and paperwork filing.
Assistance Scope of Services:
Services comprise personalized advocacy consults, resource coordination, and tailored administrative support for the Neurodivergent community. The annual fee covers up to 10 hours of cumulative assistance, usable throughout the year as needed.
Payment Terms:
The one-time fee is due at contract start. Additional hours must be paid upon request once the initial 10 hours are used.
Contract Duration:
Effective for one year from signing, renewable annually. Entering this agreement signifies acceptance of the terms and our commitment to making a difference for those we serve.
