Each C.A.P is crafted based on the client’s primary disability, encompassing a curated selection of recommended referral resources that are tailored specifically to meet their unique needs, ensuring that all facets of support are covered. Additionally, three thoughtfully scheduled follow-up consultations within the year are included to ensure continuous support, guidance, and measurable progress over time, fostering a comprehensive approach to personal development and overall well-being that adapts as the client evolves.
